Permanent magnet systems

AMT&C LLC offers a full range of services in calculations, design and manufacturing of permanent magnet assemblies with required magnetic field configuration. Many years experience in complicated magnetic systems production combined with application of modern most effective magnetic materials permit us to reach high parameters:

  • to produce, with permanent magnet systems, the magnetic flux density up to 3 Tesla and more;
  • to reach high homogeneity - up to 10-5;
  • to create magnetic systems with complicated field pattern;
  • to produce adjustable magnetic field generators on the basis of permanent magnets. The magnetic field changing rate in such systems can reach 10 Tesla per second.

Magnetic measuring scientific equipment

AMT&C LLC for many years is engaged in design and manufacture of the measuring equipment intended for research of magnetic properties of materials. In the field of the magnetocaloric effect (MCE) these products continue own scientific interests of the AMT&C company employees (see publications), recognized experts in this realm of physics.

Manufacture of the scientific equipment is based on the following core technologies, backed by patents and numerous know-how:

  • a wide experience in design and manufacture of complicated magnetic systems, including the adjustable magnetic field generators, controlled by a computer;
  • use of the most advanced products and ideas in the field of measuring technics;
  • the magnetic field source and data acquisition system are controlled by means of the specialized software that allows to create setups operating in automatic mode; as a rule, the LabView based software is used.

Since 2009 AMT&C LLC produces the measuring equipment under registered trade mark "MagEq".
