LLC “AMT&C” developed a universal installation for the study of magnetic and magnetothermal properties of materials and have already received several orders on it

Within the research and development of LLC “AMT&C”, a universal installation for the study of magnetic and magnetothermal properties of materials was developed. Due to this development, it is possible to make measurements of the field and temperature dependences of magnetization, heat capacity and magnetocaloric effect in the temperature range 85-330 K and in the magnetic fields up to 1.8 T.

This installation will allow to obtain the entire set of parameters necessary for characterizing the material as the working body of the magnetic cooling device and can also be used in the development of new permanent magnets and other magnetic materials for technical solutions. LLC “AMT&C” has already begun to receive on this installation, including from Chinese partners.

R&D for the installation was carried out with the financial support of the “Foundation for the Promotion of Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere” (Innovation Promotion Fund).
